This unit is in charge of the safekeeping and destruction of property and evidence, following the appropriate Florida State Statutes. The Property and Evidence Unit is open to the public Monday- Friday, 8 A.M. - 4 P.M by appointment only. If you have any property that's in the possession of the Medley Police Department and you have been cleared to pick it up, make an appointment to pick up your property. You must bring the following things with you:

Picture identification (state driver's license, state ID card, passport, or U.S. Armed Forces ID card)
An original Return of Property court order (if applicable).
