Lieutenant Ronald Duke is a seasoned law enforcement professional with over three and a half decades of experience in policing, tactical operations, investigations, and officer training.
He currently oversees the Patrol Division, Special Operations, Traffic Unit, Community Service Aides, and special events for the Medley Police Department.
Known for his leadership and expertise, Lieutenant Duke has extensive SWAT and crisis response experience and is a certified instructor in multiple disciplines.
He holds a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice Management and is dedicated to enhancing the department’s effectiveness and serving the Medley community with integrity and professionalism.
